Payment must be completed in full before an order is confirmed or shipped.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping and Delivery

The Aeloria ships only within the United Kingdom.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, with a total estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders.
Goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to the address you provide, at which point risk passes to you.
The Aeloria is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

In addition to your statutory rights, we accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Approved returns must follow the instructions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Return shipping is free, and no restocking fees apply.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item.

5. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, sizing information, and pricing. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and individual device displays.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods supplied to consumers must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Nothing in these Terms affects those rights.

All products are sold as described. The Aeloria is not responsible for damage, misuse, improper care, or alterations made after delivery.

Our total liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

We supply our products for domestic and private use only. We accept no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity where products are used for any commercial purpose.
